Access to Justice

Erin has effectively administered a statewide program to assist people in accessing legal information and resources. I worked with clerks of court, judges, and attorneys across the State to improve court processes. Unrepresented litigants continue to contribute to the work load of the Clerk of the Supreme Court. Erin understands the dynamics of administering these cases and will be best suited to support the Clerk’s office in fulfilling its duty to citizens.

Executive Leadership

Farris-Olsen managed budgets, supervised staff, and collaborated with internal and external partners. Erin has worked with diverse groups across the State on local and common sense solutions that serve Montana communities. In light of e-filing and other technological advancements, Court administration continues to evolve. Farris-Olsen would be intentional and responsible in utilizing Court resources for an enhanced Clerk of the Supreme Court experience for staff, clerks, judges, attorneys, and the public.
